The media could not be loaded. Bought a different set that I wasn't in love with. Got these instead, less complicated and honestly tighten nicer. Unfortunately I didn't to an unboxing photos. However, the kit came with 2 keys, 2 different clamps for the car doors for each rail, the two rails, roof guards for each rail, and the 4 ratchet straps and rubber guards. So long as put the ratchet straps on the clamps correctly, it's easy to set up and sits nicely on the car imo. They also seem nicer than the other set I previously returned imo. The first time I put the first tab in that holds it to to the roof top it wouldn't release. Not only that by trying to get it out by following the instructions that came with it only continues to ratchet it deeper and deeper. Luckily I didn't have it on the car or I wouldn't have been able to get it off. I was just testing it to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. I don't want to ding the seller in feedback and the contact button just connects to an Amazon Bot that tells me it isn't eligible for return or replacement. Maybe they'll see this and help me fix it. I'd love to be able to write a follow up review with a better outcome. We'll see. ... show more
