These freezer trays are great. I use them regularly for meal prep, especially for soups and foods made in the Instant Pot before vacuum sealing. I was a little hesitant to stray from the “name brand” Souper Cubes, but these totally won me over. I’ve used them to freeze portions of chili, pot roast, and carnitas — and they’ve held up beautifully through freezing, dishwashing, and even the oven. The silicone is sturdy yet flexible, and frozen portions pop out easily. I love transferring them to ziplocks for long-term storage — it makes batch cooking and meal prep so much easier without cluttering up the freezer. I have a large family and I love to pack soup for them for lunch in colder weather. These are great to use to make big batches of soup, freeze the leftovers and have choices for lunch or quick meals. The sturdy support makes them easy to transfer from counter to freezer and the size of portions is great as well. My kids can fit 1 square in their soup thermos and my husband 2 in his.
