I was a little hesitant to stray from the “name brand” Souper Cubes, but these totally won me over. I’ve used them to freeze portions of chili, pot roast, and carnitas — and they’ve held up beautifully through freezing, dishwashing, and even the oven. The silicone is sturdy yet flexible, and frozen portions pop out easily. I love transferring them to ziplocks for long-term storage — it makes batch cooking and meal prep so much easier without cluttering up the freezer. If you’re debating these over the pricier brand, I say go for it. These deliver great quality and functionality at a better price. Very pleased!

These freezer contanters are wondful. I make my own beef or chichen bone broth, these 1 cup freezer are perfect for freezeing the broth in specific amounts. It is so easy to just pull a brick out of the freezer when ever I need the. broth for a recipe. I have also made guacamole and used the containers to freeze it. The guacamole turned out wonderful and froze very well;. Once the broth or any item is frozen I take it out of the container and put the blocks in a zip lock back for easy access when needed. I ordered the ZIP STANDING Silicone Freezer Trays specifically for storing leftovers. I tend to make double portions when cooking and like to freeze half for future use rather than eating the same thing 4 days or more in a row. I ordered two sets of the trays; one red and one yellow. The red one will be used for tomato based meals as any stains will not be as prominent. I like that each section holds one cup. The lids fit securely and I found placing them on a cookie sheet before placing in the freezer keeps them level. They come complete with instructions on how to use, clean and prevent odors and staining. Although I hand wash, they are also dish washer safe. The molds stack well, keeping the freezer organized. Having extra meals on hand makes life more convenient and means I can help a neighbor going thru a tough time at a moments notice. For price and quality, these molds are hard to beat. I am very happy with how much they hold and how easily food is removed once frozen. If you're looking for a food storage system, don't pass these up. You're welcome!!

These are perfect for freezing 2 cups of liquid/food or less. I needed it to freeze 1.25 cups of my goat milk for soap making and I was tired of using individual plastic baggies and wasting so much plastic for this purpose. This sturdy silicone mold to the rescue! The lid seals perfectly around each compartment, so there are no leaks if you walk quickly. There is a metal rim around the top of the container to prevent it from collapsing - allowing you to stack them on top of each other for convenient storage in the freezer. It's super easy to remove the frozen milk, soup, or food, then you can place them in a Ziplock baggie or some other means of storing them - and since the food item is in a perfectly square block, it fits in the freezer so nicely. Overall, I would buy these again, but I think they are going to last me a long time because they are so durable. Been using for about a month with no signs of any residual smell lingering.
