These are the perfect portion size, and sturdy enough to stack in my freezer. They're the better than Souper cubes and much more affordable. Easy to clean by hand since I don't have a dishwasher.

I have been using these trays for my meal preps for a couple of months, and they are still in good shape. I usually put chilly oil or chilly paste in my meal prep, but so far none are stained. In my opinion, 2-cup container is a little small, but it may be because i have a larger portion. I do notice the containers have a plastic smell, but so far, my foods do not have that smell. Please keep in mind these containers are great for freezing foods but not for microwave. I don't microwave foods in these containers.

Absolute game changer for the winter months. I love how you can have an individual soup, frozen quickly unthaw and cook it up. I even went to a local food gourmet market that has a soup bar and got some of their soups to freeze for the winter season I am going to be definitely ordering more of these.
