One of the lids was broken so I contacted Joyjolt. I received an email almost immediately asking for a photo of the lid, a screenshot of the order confirmation or receipt and my address information. I received an email back with the UPS tracking number. All within a day and a half. The lid is on its way and via UPS and should arrive tomorrow. I was very impressed. The set is otherwise very nice. This is an excellent product. There are 12 containers with BPA free, snap on lids. They provide excellent value for the money, are durable, keep foods fresh, and can be refrigerated or frozen. There are a lot of pieces. Love the glass thickness for everyday use. I'm not quite sure how the lids which have four tabs, will work out. My husband 'locked' one of the lids last night in helping put things away in the refrigerator. I found it this morning with one of the locks not in a locked position. So it may be these will take a bit more attention to properly secure the closures. I'd double check if used in the freezer. ... show more

Good quality product! Nothing was broken or defective. Glass containers good quality as any glass baking dish , lids works well, closes perfectly . You can’t wash lids in dishwasher but I knew it before buying so I got no problems washing it myself. Containers can be washed in dishwasher, used in oven or freezer (without lids of course). I would buy it again if I need it, packaging also was very good ... show more
