AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I do love these glass food storage containers. Lids fit snug and stay closed with a snap. I ordered red, and received gray. But that's ok, gray is nice looking. TWO complaints: as to why the 4 stars and not 5 is because one of my dishes has a chip on the outside lip of the dish; easy to get a cut. So I have not used that. SECOND: MISSING an item! I would like a replacement for chipped dish and the missing one and have sent 3 emails to customer service with NO response. I TRIED TO CALL BUT NEVER ABLE TO GET ANYONE. I also chose this brand because someone's review said customer service was really good. So, would you please be; "really good"? and respond. I'll send another email today. Note: I did not realize I was missing an item at first until I had to compare each bowl with the pictures on the container box (since none of the items are identified individually as to size/oz). WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would drop my star review to 3 now because of this! ... show more
