I wasn't really expecting a heavy duty item but this is not something I would keep a load on. I rated it 5 stars because of the design. The floor to ceiling height for my shower is 101 inches. This was easily installed using the enclosed instruction booklet. The booklet has a chart that tells you how many sections of pole to use for different height ranges (very helpful). Once installed, it fits snugly and becomes very stable. The shelves are adjustable (a bit awkward to adjust), easy to clean, adequate storage space for most shower necessities. This may not be the most robust shower tower but it is stable once installed.

I have to say I'm very pleased with this shower caddy. The ability to adjust the shelves to the height you need, the turn knobs make it easy to place where needed. It's a good fit into corner. The tension pole is adjustable for a good tight fit. Pieces are separated and marked,instructions very easy to understand, shelves are made from sturdy thick plastic. They hold products without bending or sagging. I didn't use the shelf bar. Great,sturdy product,highly recommend

I used this in a tall window to display plants and it’s awesome. Each shelf can hold 2-3 small pots and the drainage holes are awesome for watering (I plugged the bottom one so runoff doesn’t spill into my floor). It doesn’t feel crazy sturdy, but it gets the job done credibly—I especially wish the arms were less flimsy, but I recognize I’m using them for something it wasn’t designed for. I’m trying to think of a way to booster them.

This is the best shower caddy I have ever purchased. What makes this one better than the rest is the screw mechanism that holds the shelves in place. All the other caddies have compression rubber rings that are supposed to hold the shelves, these fail over time with any kind of weight. In fact, I am replacing one of these with this one, the other one failed for my wife.

The media could not be loaded. Installation is easy, the height chart is off, I just added another tube, I can increase the tension more to make it sturdier but I am afraid that my ceiling might break or my tub warp, but I think, it is missing a bracket support to make the main pole stable. I like the shelves since you can adjust on the fly, definitely the trays will not rust, it is made of plastic and if you buy a soap with a dispenser, and you rely on the tray to hold the soap while you press the dispenser is questionable, its not like a niche to where it has a solid bottom for you to press the dispenser. The hooks are ok but I prefer them to not move around, I usually look for a product that is 4.0 or higher, but it seems that most reviewer are satisfied with this for the price. I hope this last for awhile.

The media could not be loaded. Not worth the money. I had high hopes for this product, as I’ve been wanting something like it for a while, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. Despite doing my research, I feel like I made the wrong choice. I’ll give it a few more days to see if it improves, but if not, I’ll be sending it back. Definitely disappointing. Like: I liked that the shelves can be adjusted to your preferred positions. Dislikes: 1.The shelves don’t stay in place and keep sliding down, even when empty. 2.The instructions were unclear and more of a vague guide than actual step-by-step directions. 3.The small silicone rings don’t stay secure and keep slipping out of place. 4. Larger soap bottles, like the ones I use, cause the entire unit to become weighed down.
