I loved the varied sizes. I know the images all display food-like items but I wanted to store loose items without the bulky packaging it came. The hardest part, for me, was separating the containers when they arrived. They each came wrapped in individual plastic sleeves, stacked inside each other based on size, with the lids also in groups inside the containers. I could NOT pull them apart. I ended up taking a butter knife and inserting it between the containers to break the air seal and pulling them apart that way. Kid found me doing this and easily pulled the rear apart. I used all of them, so I don't know how they would store and how hard it would be to separate them again if stacked. I hand washed the lids to preserve the seal, and put the containers in the dishwasher. The tall ones had to go in the bottom rack and even though I forgot to turn off the heat drying feature, they did not warp. The lids are easy to close but make sure you hear the SNAP on all 4 sides; sometimes it would close but not snap and it wasn't air tight without that snap. Food Quality: I have only used it for individually wrapped human food but it's a really great size for the fridge door! It's a rectangle that tapers slightly at the bottom for the tall ones, which is great because then the little ones fit next to it and the lids don't take up more space! Love that the design takes this into account. I put the dog/cat treats in them and am really happy that they are air tight. Some of their treats carry an overwhelming smell. And since I was having a hard time closing the resealable bags the treats came in (side note: i can't securely close a ziploc bag unless it has a zipper, so this is a "Me-Specific Difficulty"), I decided to use these. Game Changer!!! I was able store the treats with the fancy labels and don't smell them! The cat and the dog recognize the snap sound so when they hear it, they run to me for a treat, regardless of what room I'm in. I think it's cute and have been filling empty, cleaned pill bottles with training treats to keep in my pocket as a reward. Pavlov Treats! <<reference to an old experiment; you can look it up to get my joke. Other Organization Use: i order in bulk or in multiples of 3 (thanks OCD!) And these have been great for my laundry scent beads collection (including a photo): 1- 31.2oz Seaside (Costco [warehouse store]) 1 full, 1 used - 30.1 oz each Fresh (we had some left over; just canceled Amazon subscription since we prefer seaside and it wasn't offered in Subscription) 2 full - 26.5oz each Jasmine 2 full - 24oz each Eucalyptus 1 full - 21.1oz Sunset (cancelling subscription for this as we preferred Lush) For reference: 30.1 Lush - needs a container Side Note: i went to the Downy website because there are new scents that are not on Amazon and have decided to order more. So, I will be ordering THIS item again.

I get large amounts of rice and buckwheat groats as well as chia seeds and flax seed meal and had been dealing with smaller containers that required refilling from the larger bags. I finally got tired of it. The reason I purchased these storage containers is because I previously purchased horizontal containers with draws and was impressed with the construction (solid and stable with drawers that work well). For food storage I needed vertical containers and these too are well constructed. They handle everything. The variety of sizes is great as you don't get uber small ones, but ones that are generous in size that can handle a 12 oz bag of Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips. Love them!

These storage containers are absolutely amazing! I’ve been having the best time organizing my cabinets, baking products, and snacks — everything looks neat and stays fresh thanks to the airtight seal. The quality is excellent, and they’re perfect for anyone who’s already super organized or trying to get there — these containers truly make it easy. The only small downside is that they were a little tricky to pull apart at first, but that doesn’t take away from how great they are. Overall, a definite must-buy for keeping your kitchen clean and organized!

Update: I've been using these for about a week now. It does require a little strength to close the lids on (it's a tight seal); but once it goes on you're good to reopen and closet. It gets better the more you do it. I've placed food staples in them and left overs in them. I am loving them. I just got these; the ones that I could pull apart are in the dishwasher. If you have weak wrist or difficulty with your wrist or should issues, please don't get these. My shoulders have gotten a work out due to pulling them apart as they are stacked into each other with a plastic bag as a liner. I have 8 outside hopping to warm them up and be able to pull them apart right now. Ease of use would be awesome if I could get the 8 apart from each other. I will update regarding storage when I transfer my dry goods to them when they dry. They look like they will be perfect.

Bought these since March this year and it’s been 7 months. Today I just put some more oats delivered into two of the containers. The lids are tight and they are much better than the white lid with a handle you need to push down which can still be loosened easily. Very happy with my purchase. They keep dry goods fresh and prevent bugs coming in. Very good containers for all kinds of dry goods to store in the pantry.
