The price was right for this pair of barstools. Little did I know how challenging putting them together would be. The directions came in the box in an envelope. I opened it and it appeared to be just one page with no instructions except the end result. So after struggling with putting them together and learning as I went, they were put together pretty well. Had to adjust a little. Hate using those hex screws, what a pain. THEN after fumbling through that, I had the instructions in my hand and low and behold, the instructions were there just on very thin paper that I didn't realize were two pages!!!!! Fabric is very nice and wipes off well. They were moderately easy to assemble and all hardware was included. I would not recommend for all DYI because it requires a little expertise figuring out how to assemble. When I sit on the edge of the seat, it is unpadded. I like to back rest.
