I live thus thing! It was a little difficult to assemble because of the rounded sides on it. Loosening the screws allowed me to get it all together. It did take around 2 hours to assemble but I wasn’t in a hurry. Product is beautiful and throws off a lot of heat when in high. We’re looking forward to the Fall weather to get here so we can use it! ... show more

The fire bowl lid came damaged. Though it doesn’t look bad I wouldn’t be able to use the middle of the table due to it wobbling. It would spill drinks. For over $900.00 I did expect very good quality. I called Ashley Furniture’s customer service and they said it wasn’t an order-able replacement part, to call Amazon. Amazon was helpful after I sent proof of damaged area I was given a discount. Would rather have a flawless unit but I wasn’t willing to disassemble and return for a new one to have to assemble another one. The quality of the item is just so so. After doing a lot of outdoor furniture shopping I would say it’s worth $400 or $500 NOT $900! Difficult to match up parts to assemble, fire control knob panel was bent also. Overall mediocre product with zero customer service. I’m not the only review that said that about customer service. I would never purchase another Ashley product. They are just a 3rd party distributor they told me.😡 ... show more

This was not easy to assemble. We thought the hardware had not been included in package but eventually (2 hours later) found it taped to the box. It is a nice size and puts out more heat than we expected. Great for 50+ degree weather.

First time I ordered the table the top part came with things placed in the wrong spot so I set it up and had to leave a side off. However once set up I found the igniter didn’t work so I sent it back for a new one few days later new one comes and same issue with the lid having things in the wrong part so you couldn’t add the legs right.
