Love this set so much that I bought all of the pieces! Looks fantastic and very upscale in my sunroom! It was very easy to assemble each piece and it did not take long at all. Cushions are very firm but still comfortable. The boxes that the sofa and loveseat came in are huge so be ready for that. I think it would have been better to ship them in two packages (frame in one box, cushions in the other). The smaller pieces (table, side chair) were shipped and delivered without issue. The sofa and loveseat deliveries were frustrating because they kept getting cancelled due to damage while in transit. I had to order the sofa 3 times and the loveseat 4 times. While I appreciate Amazon intercepting a damaged shipment, there was no option from Amazon to just reship a new one. Each one had to be returned, refunded and reordered amounting to 7 charges and 5 returns to my credit card. The price was right though which is why I persisted. It was definitely well worth the wait. This set looks great and is very sturdy. I'm sure I will get many years from it. ... show more

    • CRITICAL FAILURE, this is a huge problem.

Does not fit together. Initiated a return, got a new one, it has the same problem -- the two main structural pieces are critically different sizes, so it is impossible to build. Looks like the whole batch is probably made wrong. Also, Amazon never even picked up the first return, so it is sitting there taking up all the space on my front stoop, being an eyesore. This is a big problem!! DO NOT ORDER THIS IT WILL BECOME A NIGHTMARE FOR YOU TOO. ... show more

Beautiful. Comfortable. Sturdy. Durable. Easy to assemble. (With two people it’s a breeze. Comes with all necessary supplies) Has done well outdoors for the last couple months. I always cover it when not in use, and there hasn’t been a lot of rain in northern CA, so can’t say long term, but so far no mold or mildew issues. Has kept it’s shape well as we use it for an hour or more most days. One seat cushion arrived sewn slightly off, which makes it look like one side has been used a little more and the seam looks like it’s tucked under the cushion slightly more than the other, but it’s hardly noticeable. Not enough for me to try to return or anything. So far no major spills or wetness have occurred but the small spills that have happened were easily wiped up and didn’t stain. (I was a little nervous with the light color and kids, but so far so good.) The extra throw pillows are a nice addition, I put my own covers on them to suit my style and added some lumbar pillows that we can easily set aside or use as needed. I purchased based on all the positive reviews and I’m so glad I did!! I love my new loveseat on the patio! ... show more
