Bought 8 of these for bar chairs at the home bar. They are easy to put together and look good. I did accidently damage the PU leather on one when I was putting it together. Had the chair portion sitting on a table and knocked it off. When it hit the floor it scratched and damaged the PU leather

Unfortunately these stools were a tad shorter than we wanted so they were returned however I have regretted it since. I have multiple times said I wish I kept them. They were very comfortable, sturdy and made well. The stitching on seat was very nice.

I bought these with some trepidation because my experience with Ashley Furniture (AF) has been terrible. Their sales and administrative staff at our local retail store were inattentive, lacked inventory knowledge, and unable to effectively execute their tasks. When the two items I didn't cancel from my in-store purchase were delivered, the most expensive item was damaged and had to be exchanged. AF is clearly a lower-tiered corporate monster whose primary objective is netback margins with marginal concern for quality or the customer experience. That said, I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived undamaged and with the contents all there. Assembly was simple, the directions were accurate, and the stools are comfortable. I've only owned them for a few days, so we'll find out how durable they may be over time. For now, though, I can only cautiously recommend them based on my total experience with AF. ... show more
