I really love these barstools. They are sturdy and comfy. I like that they swivel without feeling "loose". I purchased the bar height which doesn't leave a lot of thigh room if you have thicker thighs. However, they are sturdy for those worried about the weight limit (my concern). The color is a beautiful blue (not too dark or light), with a very soft velvety feel. I purchased 4 for my kitchen island, but really only needed 3 since they are a little larger than I anticipated. To sum it up, definitely invest if you're on the fence. The price was comparable, if not less, than many other stores offering a similar product. ... show more

I love the look of the stools and they are definitely comfortably padded. I'm not sure if it's because of the lack of weight of the chair or the swivel mechanism but if you aren't sitting in the chair and try to swivel it to get into it the entire chair moves and pulls out from my counter and then I have to get in the chair and scooch it forward which I think will put a lot of wear on the wood legs. I fear the foot rest will break one of these days. This however isn't enough of an issue to make me not recommend the chair. ... show more

Sturdy, trendy but slippery seats and bad assembly instructions. There is NO Felt pad provided to protect floor from chair legs scratches. Thats very bad for manufacturer. Seat are slippery due to nature of fabric.

The chairs are a nice color, and somewhat sturdy. BUT with that said 2 of the legs are shorter which makes the chair wobbly , one chair the stitching is off and taller than the other. One chair does not center in the middle. One side has a dent proabaly from packaging & shipping. My problem is you cant get or find support with Ashley furniture ? to possibly get sent more legs ? amazon told me it does not have that information, nor can i find it myself on this website. My only option is to return for another set, with the chances of getting another defective chair. Who knew it would be this hard to get support? ... show more
