It is convenient to have the ballistics show on the range finder. Only issue is the altitude value is not correct. My device tends to be off by 1700' elevation. Owners manual says that you can manually input the elevation but it does not work.

I had three of these, the diopter adjustment for your eye is EXTREAMLY hard to adjust, it is binding and it makes it a pain to use. Check this before buying it.

    • Stay far away from this product & Sig Electro Optics
I have the previous $500 Kilo2000 model, the Kilo5K is the updated model. The unit sat in it original box, used exactly one time. Even has the original battery. And the unit is dead. Sig customer service says no repair, end of life and the Chinese manufacturer did not offer any repair option. They offered a token discount off of $709 for the Kilo5K. The same unit with $209 worth of inflation added. The original CR2 battery out lasted the unit it was supposed to power. Save your money & look elsewhere and pay attention to reviews where the manufacturer is known to stand behind their product. ... show more
