This bed rail has been a true game changer for my senior mother. She was struggling to get out of bed safely and often felt like she might slide off, and sometimes did, but this has made a huge difference. This hand rail was a breeze to set up. It is easy to use and easy to adjust in the bed. I have recharged the light and that didn't take any time at time. I used a different cord to recharged as the one that came with it is very short (the first one I used didn't work so I thought the light was broken so I tried another presto it worked). I like the light it works well at night. The rail makes me feel more secure and the round handles cans assist you up and help you out of bed. I bought mine as I sometimes live out my dreams which can end up to be nightmares in themselves. it is also easy to pull out to put your sheets on. I trust it and am happy with it.

Got this to help my mom get in and out of bed more easily and it has definitely been helpful for her. She now depends on it every day, especially when getting up during the night or repositioning herself in bed. We ended up running the safety strap all the way under the mattress to the other side for extra stability, which worked much better for us. She also started using the strap to help roll herself over in bed, which turned out to be really useful. The rail itself can feel a little wobbly at times depending on how much pressure is put on it, so I would recommend making sure it’s secured tightly. The built-in light is a nice idea, but the button can sometimes be a little difficult to press. Overall, it’s been a very helpful aid for my mom and has made getting in and out of bed easier and safer for her.
