This chair looks amazing and also has many features that you don’t normally see on other chairs, the arm rest can not only raise up and down but also can tilt inward and outward, back side can tilt as well. There is a locking feature so if you don’t want tilt, it can be locked. It has a great lumbar support and neck support. Head rest is adjustable based on your neck position. I’ve had a bad neck for years due to working in front of computer while slouching, this chair helps to correct my posture and can keep my back and neck straight. The seat cushion is very nice and seems durable. I like the material. It was pretty easy to put together. Overall I recommend this chair for the office or study room.

The materials and engineering feel high quality, backrest is comfortable and breathable similar to IKEA Markus, high quality wheel casters that glide, nice headrest, and the CLEAREST instructions I have ever received when purchasing furniture. I would say the only place it falls short is in the cushion thickness. It's a comfy seat cushion but I wish it there was more, feels a bit flat but you don't notice it unless you like to sit with your ankle resting on the seat. This chair works for someone who is 6'3 210lb, I can only recommend getting a higher tier for a more comfortable cushion.

This is a pricey chair so let's settle the most important question upfront: is is comfortable for sitting? Yes, yes it is. 4 1/2 stars. Frankly, the best feature of the T40 is the great adjustability. This chair's adjustable in ways I don't expect in a $400 chair. You can tweak: • Headrest angle • Armrest height, position forward, and rotation angle • Seat depth • Reclining stiffness and terminal degree That's a lot of customization! Assembly pushes this up several notches in the pantheon of Amazon office chairs. It comes as assembled as can be for a reasonably sized shipping box. If you've ever used a screwdriver - the tool, not the oj drink - successfully this should take you about ten minutes to assemble. All the tools are included, though I found the ENORMOUSLY long Allen wrench was about a half millimeter too large so I just had to be patient with it. The fabric is a decent poly that feels like it should last a good long while. The color is a nice deep blue. Personally, I'm really happy with the trend towards white frames instead of the usual black. It gives a nice balance to the visual of ... an office chair. It rolls butter-smooth. The casters are excellent and again feel like they should last a long time. The legs are stamped steel. So why the 1/2 star knock? The seat starts off really firm. I reckon it will break in over time, and if that's the case I'll come back and update this review. It doesn't bother me much, but if you've got a sensitive sitter you might add another cushion for a while. So in my semi=pro sitting opinion this chair is well worth the asking price. It looks good, has excellent ergonomic customization, and should last you several years of doing whatever you do in it. Except welding; that would toast this sucker in a heartbeat. Made in South Korea. (!!!)

I've been working from home much more often lately and wanted to build a space in my apartment dedicated to remote work. I gotta say that I'm loving how the chair adds to the look of the space. The colors go together really well with the other furniture; I appreciate that the chair doesn't look like one of those black/gray serious kinds or bulky ones with too much padding. The chair is super supportive in terms of the wide width of the seat and the tilt-and-lock adjustable back, headrest, and armrests for customization - hoping this helps resolve the back pain issues I've been having recently. It took about a week for the chair to be delivered. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took less than 20 minutes. All in all, an excellent product and happy purchase!

Chair is ok. Ergonomically fine. Seat is cushioned, the back is not. Headrest issues- the metal bracket does not fit so I was not able to attach the much needed headrest. Tried to connect w/support “site not found.” So I will return it

I’ve been looking at desk chairs for awhile now and finally decided to get this chair! I’m so happy with my decision and it’s been a wonderful addition for me. The color is not too bright and suits my desk area great. You can adjust the height, tilt/lean, and even move the arms back and forth as well as left and right. The wheels are smooth and I haven’t had issues with any of the joints and adjustable areas. Setting up the chair was a simple and easy process. The cushion is a firm but comfortable material, perfect for sitting for long periods of time. I think this chair has an impressive design and may be the one you’re looking for!

During the pandemic I had to work from home and spent a lot of time with a IKEA MARKUS chair. I chose it since it’s known as a good ergonomic office chair, but it was not for me. Although it has built-in lumbar support, I had back pain. I tried to use a lumbar support pillow, but it didn’t help much. I’m not an exceptional case because there was a reddit thread about the back pain with the chair. Also, the chair didn’t provide a proper range of height (I’m 5' 8” tall). I had to use a footrest, too. This chair is amazing. I can adjust the chair’s headrest to fit into my neck, and armrests to make my arms at the right position. The chair mesh back makes me cool and comfortable, but it is sturdy enough to support my lumbar. The adjustable height range is much wider than my previous one. I don’t need to use the lumbar support pillow or the footrest. After spending some time with this chair, I don’t feel any back pain anymore. I’m happy with my purchase.
