Not well made. First off, the assembly directions were dismal at best. Fairly simple enough to figure out, but there were different sized screws and no indication which ones went where. I ended up having to partially disassemble the chair and switch screws halfway through. The support bar on the back is bent, (purposefully); but there’s no indication on the instructions which way that is supposed to go, either. Which leads me to one of the issues with the chair - the back. Even with the back tightly adjusted in its upright position and the lever that allows leaning back locked and not engaged, the chair leans back if you put your back against it. So you can’t use the back of the chair to support your back, unless you want to lean all the way back. For working, it just isn’t practical. The sides of the chair seat are extremely uncomfortable. They keep your legs uncomfortably together. And the metal bar supports make it impossible to in any way counteract that. There will be no ‘man-spreading’ of any sort in this chair! I’m 6 feet tall and weigh 213. It doesn’t feel like it would support too many more pounds, though it supposedly supports up to 300 pounds. Anyone who isn’t very, very thin will not be comfortable in this chair. The seat cushion is also not soft at all. After sitting in the chair for work for three hours, (and I have even gotten up and down a few times), it was very uncomfortable. The retractable foot rest is also problematic. It is difficult to slide in and out without getting out of the chair. It would be nice to reach down, pull it out into place and use it. It also doesn’t extend far enough to use as a foot rest. It supports your upper legs but your lower legs and feet hang off at an angle that actually brings the chair off balance. Not at all relaxing and it feels like something is in danger of breaking when the foot rest is in play. This is not a good chair for anyone weighing anywhere near, or over 200 pounds; nor is it a good chair for anyone who is over perhaps 5’ 7” or so, (that’s a guesstimate, but it depends on actual leg length, in concert with your weight). If you have any bulk/girth at all, regardless of your weight, you will find this chair confining and uncomfortable. I really wanted to like this chair, but it is a complete waste of money and will be sitting in a corner collecting dust. I would recommend against purchasing this chair. The support of the back snapped like a toothpick during assembly. Didn’t even sit once on it so can’t say much Customer service of the company promised a replacement but days after shipping label created there was no action so I will wait until that happens to leave proper review Update: replacement chair arrived about 2 weeks later. After successful assembly the chair is ok. I do need to replace the wheels since the once included do not wheel well or at all or wood floor. Instructions are a little unclear. Pay attention to length and think was of screws. Other than that it’s a nice chair not exceeding expectations keeping the price in mind. ... show more

Blue is a bit darker in person. Quality was a bit less than expected. Easy enough to put together. Bought for my adult son who is about an inch over six feet - a big and tall guy. Height wasn't an issue, but it was a tight fit. After about fifteen minutes he decided he didn't want it because the wings on the chair seat bothered his legs and he couldn't spread out in it. I was concerned about the durability for his weight as soon as he sat down, and didn't think the leg rest would stand up to his weight repeatedly. The rest of the family fit it just fine. Initially seemed comfortable enough, but the longer I sat in it the more uncomfortable it was. Seat is a bit hard and doesn't have much padding. ... show more

The chair is so comfortable. The stitching is well done. It has extra pillows that attach for comfort. The assembly instructions could be more specific, but it only took me 20 minutes to assemble. everything was loosely put together other then what i had to assemble, cushioning went flat very fast, the metal used to make the T brace for the back folded like wet paper very soon after i got it, the slide mechanism started failing right after i was unable to return (less then a month), and just today the wheel base snapped in half (as shown above). now mind u im out of the 30 day return policy but i spent $60 at walmart for a better quality chair that has lasted longer then this one for over $100. my point being is dont waste ur money or time looking at it ... show more

I thought for $170 I would be buying a halfway decent chair. This was not the case. Unboxing a assembly was about average. but things went downhill from there. One of the straps that holds the lumbar support in place broken the first day I had the chair. It didn't really hold the support in the right place well to begin with but after that it was completely worthless even though I tried for a couple days to find some way to make it work. The castors wouldn't rotate properly if there was any weight in the chair at all. So basically half the wheels would just scrap sideways across the floor anytime you moved the chair at all when sitting in it. I noticed after a while it was damaging our vinyl plank flooring. It's final death kneel came about a month later when I was sitting in it working from home and one of the legs on the bottom that connect the wheels to the center of the based just snapped off and flung me to the ground. If your looking for a prank chair to make some videos to send to AFV this might be a good option for you. It might have been hilarious if my falling on the floor was caught on tape. If however you actually want a decent chair that rolls on the floor and lasts more than a month look elsewhere. ... show more

The chair just goes all the way down I'm not exceeding weight capacity as it's 300 and I'm 240. Thought it'd be good it's not. I think the elevator cylinder came messed up. :/ Sad days. I think it's too late to get a replacement was too busy to do it right after sucks
