The media could not be loaded. Rec'd today, so time will tell if my 5☆ stays. But, if it maintains function based on my initial use, it'll be my favorite! Easy to use. Holds more than many other brands. Lightweight, even if keep the blade/motor unit on while carrying/drink. (I put the solid bottom on, which seals great. Just remember to •turn unit upside down• to exchange motorized base with the flat bottom!) Lid and bottoms are perfectly sealed (no leaks) when shake, turn upside down, lay on its side. Quality product! Push-button spring-loaded flip top feels very well made. Love that unit disassembles for easy cleaning (NOT the motorized base! Keep that out of water!) I used crushed ice, liquid, protein powder. Blended nicely & easily! Shook a bit while it was running its blend cycle. Not unwieldy or heavy. As with ALL blenders, if not enough liquid or too much frozen items, blender will jam up. That's user error :) Not too loud -- I'm sensitive to that, so I'm very pleased. Took 40 min to charge from ~80% up to full 100% (from 1st opening the box... don't know what normal use charge time will look like). Con is there's no protective plug for the USB-C charge port. That seems potentially problematic, if you're not fully careful with cleaning, not spilling your smoothie, etc. I'll figure my own thing out to protect the port, but would be nice if there was a flapped plug attached. This personal blender is what I was hoping for. Sleek is a bonus :) Works as I need it to w/ice. Volume is sufficient. Automatically shuts off. Blended well. (Expecting same with frozen fruit, which must not be too big!) Love that it charges up, so still usable even if no electrical power is available.

The media could not be loaded. When I got this, I decided to have a smoothie. The hard clear plastic container screws on top of the blender blades base. The base lights up when you connect it properly to let you know that it is properly secured, which is pretty cool. The lid is also a screw on type and it has a little pop up opening that you can drink from. To turn it on, you just hit the power button and it starts to spin. I saw a video where they recommend that you shake it if you have frozen fruit and that did work with my smoothie. I put a few frozen strawberries, a half banana, scoop of protein and milk and I didn’t have any problems. The blender had enough power to make my ingredients into a delicious smoothie. As good as my smoothie was, their are some things that could be better. You are not supposed to submerge the base unit but there are no cleaning instructions. I filled my cup up with water and a couple drops of soap and turned it on. Did a decent job of cleaning itself but had to unscrew it off the base and hand wash the blades and lid to ensure all the food residue was off. There is a bottom lid but that would mean turning the device upside down after blending and screwing it to the bottom. I found that pointless but I am sure someone out there will like that feature. I charged it completely before using and after my first single blend use (30 seconds), it was down to 8 lights which is about 85% charged😬. I purchased the extra Amazon warranty for $4 and am pretty happy with that purchase because I don’t think it will last 2 years. 7 Nov 2023 update. When I look at the clear cylinder, it looks like my milk is seeping through the screw part. I can’t imagine that this is a good thing because if it seeps anymore, it will come out of the bottom. 5 Feb 2024 update. The liquid seems to travel down through the screw part of the container. Not a very good seal. Glad I purchased the warranty, does not look very durable.

Excellent machine for smoothies and blends. Will not chop ice. Stalls if overloaded but you can turn it off and add liquids. Bottom unscrews for cleaning and there is a separate bottom cap for transport.
