Works good . I like the glass, especially with the info on how bad micro plastics are , it 's an absolute must. It has good power but it makes a racket. I honestly thought I got a bad one with the amount of noise and vibration. I checked it out as far as the bearings and the motor and everything seems tight and smooth. I use it a lot, no leaks. This blender was used once everyday for an entire year and thus far it is now starting to fail, DO NOT PUT THE BLADE PART IN THE DISHWASHER!!!!! it will start leaking and fail eventually, the brass and what ever grease they use for it is now all over as you can see in the pictures below. I bought this to make smoothies with so i could eat during cancer treatment with head and neck cancer. they don't them like they used to. as you can see in the photos this thing leaks every time i use it now and leaves a brass paste all over and is very hard to clean up. i dont know if this goes inside your smoothie or shake. they do not sell replacement blade section from this company, just a 3rd part after market version which i just got today and dont know if it works. also from the vibration you can see its tearing one of the locking tabs that holds down the glass. other than this, it has been a reliable blender though didnt last as long as my old one which lasted 24 years from a different company. ... show more
