I love these. I have purchased 4 of these, but that's the problem. They sometimes just stop working. My first one lasted years, the 4th one didn't work right out of the box. If you experience this problem, there are 4 vertical white plastic bars on the inside of the rim that you can push down with a tine of a fork to loosen something in there. If you're lucky, that will solve the problem. I absolutely love these for smoothies in the morning, if I don't get it all put together and the appliance doesn't work. ... show more
