... some time ago. Somewhere between a milk frother and a small blender, Ninja, Bullet, this hand held should be in your kitchen. I didn't know I needed one of these things until I bought this one on sale, and now it is my go-to. I do everything from mix hummingbird food to mincing onions with this handheld mixer stick. Easy to clean, everything but the motor goes into the dishwasher, and that is smooth enough to easily wipe down. It takes a little technique-building to get the hang of it, seems to me a little bit unwieldy, but once you do, it is easy to work with. I haven't done it yet, but I'll bet this is a butter-making hero. The only gripe I have is the edge of the blade housing that attaches to the motor. It is VERY sharp on the motor end of the attachment. Be very careful with it until you hit it a couple of swipes with some 220 grit sandpaper to get that machined edge rounded over. Immersion blenders have gotten very expensive. Been watching for reasonably priced with many good reviews. Found it this one. Used it for soup first day got it. Worked perfectly. Came well packaged with good instructions. Is sturdy, seems of good quality. Pleased with it.

I bought the Mueller Immersion Blender to process about 50 pounds of fresh tomatoes, and it performed beautifully! The 8-speed settings made it easy to get just the right consistency, and the stainless steel build feels solid and reliable. I did make a mistake early on and tore the rubber pot protector because I didn’t attach it correctly. I reached out to the seller, and to my surprise, they replaced it within just a few days—no hassle at all. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch.
