Ok, we looked at many different patio furniture sets based on price and looked at a lot of reviews a common review on this set was it was kind or a pain to put together from my experience it was not bad at all though time consuming yes it took about 3hrs to put together but not difficult, the instructions were clear as well at least I thought so. Pros: Seems to be made from decent materials Decently comfortable Good customer service / responsive Easy assembly Cons: Had missing parts Heavy boxes (Personal opinion) all patio furniture is short Time consuming to assemble There were some missing parts I email customer service they were responsive got the info they needed and sent the parts that were missing and received them with a week. The full patio set came in two boxes very well packed in the boxes, the down fall is they are heave so the shipping company has to handle very large boxes that are heavy and one was kind of broken open but there was no damage the could do a little bit to maybe reinforce the boxes so they are a little bit more durable for shipping knowing they are heavy and it’s a complaint that they show up damaged. Over all pretty happy with what we got though. ... show more

Product is a lot smaller than pictured, assembly was ok, the problem was one part being significantly smaller and I could not complete the set. I was willing to keep it but this manufacturing error was enough to send it all back. Had to disassemble it but it was better than keeping something with bad quality control. ... show more

The description says this set comes in 2 boxes. After receiving one box, I contacted customer service for an update on the second box. There was no info, so they did an exchange. They picked up the first box and again delivered one box. After waiting a week and receiving no information on the second box, I decided to open it to see what was missing. Turns out, everything was in one box. The set is nice, especially for the price, but the stitching on one of the cushion covers was coming apart, so I contacted customer service. They sent me a link to upload pictures, which I did. A couple weeks passed and I never heard back, so I contacted customer service again. They claim they can't replace the defective cover, but they offered me 25.00. When I objected to that solution, and asked why they would ask me for photos if they couldn't help me, the agent left the chat and another agent took over. After looking at the conversation I had with the previous agent, the second person explained there was nothing he could do because the return window had passed. He suggested I contact the seller. I clicked on the sellers link, which led me to Subzero customer service?? I tried to find the website on Google but that led me back to the product page on Amazon. I give up! I still have no resolution and I'm out of options. I recommend the set, but if you need assistance, there is no seller customer service. ... show more

NICE FOR THE PRICE! It is cute and fits very nicely on our narrow back porch. It’s a little smaller and lower to the ground than I thought it would be, but it is comfortable. It comes with little plastic clips that hook the bottoms together. The back cushions move around a bit and I think I might purchase some velcro to help with that. It did come in with a warped piece, but Amazon quickly replaced the piece. Putting it together took me about 2-3 hours. ... show more
