DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHEAP “OUTDOOR” FURNITURE SET manufactured by SHINTENCHI! All 4 pieces immediately began dripping rust after just one light rainfall, and the rust caused large stains on my expensive patio and clothing. The seller beat me this time because I don’t have the time or energy to disassemble the set and return it for a refund, so I’m stuck with it for now, but I can pass this info on to prospective buyers to prevent them from getting ripped off and also lower sales of their terrible, inferior product ... show more

The table is cute and easy to assemble, but after four days of exposure to the elements, they’re already showing signs of weathering, with the chairs beginning to rust.

    • Shintenchi 4 piece patio set arrived without shipping damaged.
I haven't assembled it yet. I was impressed by the heavy weight of the coffee table glass. However, there's a rattling sound in the metal surrounding the glass. So far I haven't been able to determine why. Also, I ordered brown but the seating mesh is mostly black with specks of brown. The color doesn't look like the ad photo for the brown at all. I might use brown cushions on it. I planned to use it indoors because other reviews said this set drains rusty water if left in the rain. It is dainty and would be good for small rooms. The lines are simple, attractive & will blend well with my other furniture. If it assembles without any noticeable flaws I will probably keep it, as the price is fantastic for a 4 pieces set! ... show more
