You definitely need two people to put this together. It's not difficult, but it's hard to hold the shape together while attaching the pieces. Unfortunately, I didn't put it together immediately, so my return window expired. After finally getting it together by myself, I couldn't get it to light. I lit the table with a lighter, which worked, but the flame immediately extinguished. It won't light or stay lit after manual lighting. I've reached out to the manufacturer and have yet to hear anything. I hate to throw away something that is probably an easy fix. However, given that I'd have to research the problem and the fix, possibly order some replacement parts, it's just not worth my time. I am on my search for a replacement.

Shipping was shorter than expected. Easy to assemble with one person. Throws off a nice amount of heat even at low, but the optional glass, while protecting from wind, blackened quite a bit over the course of one propane tank. Still a great purchase for the price and quality.

The media could not be loaded. This fire pit is so cozy and has become my girlfriends favorite spot to hang out. Assembly was easy and included all the bolts plus some spares, which we ended up needing since we lost a bolt. The glass is nice and sturdy, and it includes some rocks which I recommend you prewash. Installing the propane tank is easiest if you rotate it to face away from where the hose comes out so that its not bending. It puts out a looot of heat so I have currently been running it on low. I am so pleased with the purchase and my friends are wanting one too now :)

Adds a nice look to your space. Light weight and reasonably easy to set up. Directions weren't the best, but not hard to figure out. Only complaint is that the unit burns A LOT of fuel, especially on high. A 20lb tank will easily get used in 1 night of fun if burning on high. Burning on low, you can get about 2-3 nights of use. (Approximately 12 hours burn on low.

Was very easy to assemble! Connect the gas and ready to enjoy it! Comes with cover! When glass removed from top and metal cover installed on top of burned it's turning into good size table! Large door makes gas tank installation and replacing easy! Would be nice if manufacture add another door instead of solid panel, that way next to the tank woud be small storage space. Overall item is perfect defenetly recommend!
