While this should not be called a bistro set because the table is far too low to use for dining, the chairs are both magnificent looking and comfortable. I bought this set because they mimick the chairs I have had for over 15 years, and I hope that these last as long as my old set did. I will be using the table on my front porch as an end table for drinks. I will use the table from my old set in the backyard with these new chairs, because that table is higher and wider, so we can use it for dining. Editing to add: The fabric on these chairs is not self drying. After a rain, the water will sit on top of the fabric for several hours if you do not go out and either squeegee the fabric, or wipe it up with a rag. Scratched up as they don't packare it well. They only have a thin plastic between pices and so they rub/scrape in shipping. Some holes are tight and hard to screw pieces together. Nothing was bad enough to go through trouble of returning.
