I purchased this item back in 2023. It has worked very well since then. I've had no problems. I use it in my master bedroom which is 22 by 18. This includes a walk in closet. Unit worked well for the first month. Then the display stopped working. And there was no way to change settings on the unit or with the remote. It puts out cool air, like a fan blowing, but I cannot change the temps or mode to fan, air cond or dehumidify. I contacted the company and they asked for a video. So I sent one. They want to refund me, I wanted a new unit. To get my refund I have to show myself cutting the cord to prove that it cannot work, which I don’t even understand because I sent the video showing it’s already not working. No offer for a new unit or way to repair the display. I ask is there a way to fix this and they tell me to use the remote even though the video I sent shows the remote not working. So clearly they didn’t watch that either. I told them to just send the refund. I will look for another company for the air conditioner I need. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It does the job and keeps the room very cool. It is very loud even on the low speed setting. The item on the back possibly where the cord wrap would be was broken and damaged no pieces in the box so might have been packaged that way. Looks cool and blends into the room. This works great. I use it in power outages and it keeps cool my family room and kitchen. This is my 2nd unit. The 1st 1 i let a friend borrow because her h v a c went out and it kept her entire upper floor cool. They work really well and I highly recommend them.

This product is amazing. Very cold. There are multiple settings and can set the temp that you want. It sounds like a hotel AC so it isn't too loud at all. The install was super easy. Bad customer service and crappy machine. Wish I never bought it, waste of $300 for me but seller got my money so good for them right. About the machine, when the compressor/ac kicks off it makes a very loud like banging sound and it wakes me up constantly. It sounds like a door slamming or dropping a brick on the concrete. Even when I’m dead asleep it has woken me up in middle of the night but especially when I’m falling asleep and start to drift off, it does it every 10 minutes and wakes me up over and over again. The unit is also pretty loud itself when running. I asked the seller if I could return it and they refused to let me return it or refund my money after I expressed to them over and over again that I cannot sleep with this piece of crap in my room. I bought it to sleep better because my room gets so hot in the summer but instead I sleep worse because it wakes me up all night. I also tried to ask the seller if this was normal or if the machine is defective and maybe get a replacement and they refused to help me with that as well. They clearly did not care and just took my money. Again, bad service and wish I never bought it! Thanks for stealing my $330. This is why people never wanna buy from sellers and want only FBA products! ... show more

The unit puts out very nice cold air. The area that we're using it in is a little bit bigger than it was made for but it does seem to keep up pretty well. Love that it's on rollers and we can move it around.
