As a mom of 3, I don't buy myself things often..but was given a gift card for my birthday. I am VERY weary on buying things online, but I absolutely LOVE this and so happy with my purchase. If you love deep pressure - this is the one for you! I love the two different settings for which way they move too. The heat is an added bonus! It honestly feels like the chairs you sit in at the mall lol. I came home from a 10hr work shift cleaning a house & asked my husband to set it up while I was in the shower - since it was delivered when I was gone. All I hear from the other side of the door is "oh! WOW!!! Omg...wow", then my eldest kiddo "ohhhhhhh...she's so lucky! That feels so good!"...needless to say, they were right lol. I wake up with bad back pain every morning, and this truly makes it so much better to get through the day! And there's a two year warranty card that comes with! Perfect! I purchased this back massager a few weeks ago and I have already received good results from it. I am happy with my purchase. It has helped me alleviate back muscle / muscle pull issues I have had off and on for years. What I most liked about this massager is that when you have it positioned just right, it does wonders for the lower and mid back, in both regular and heated modes. It is also very light and portable, easy to move around, with different modes (constant speed with a timed shutoff). What to be aware of: the massager is not thin (see photo), so it won't fit in most standard Western chairs. My recommendation is to get into a semi-reclined position when seated in bed or on the couch and use it there. If the massager is poking you uncomfortably or otherwise not very effective, move it up or down the spine. I found the massager is most effective when the bottom of the unit is just at or a little lower than the natural waistline. ... show more

    • Received previously used product, rollers not strong
This is the third item of this type I have purchased - I had one of those massagers that has the straps that go over your shoulder that I used for a almost 2 years before the rollers rubbed a hole in the mesh. I replaced it with a cushion similar to this one, but half the size. I used it for a year (heavy use) before it finally just stopped turning on. I decided to upgrade and get this bigger one, but within moments of taking it out of the box I decided to return it and replace it with the item the same item I had before. Not only was this item obviously used previously and return, but it sounds really crunchy when the rollers move and they don't get as deep as the ones on the smaller pillow. Also, the rollers are so wide that even on a larger female frame they hit the ribs painfully but miss a lot of muscles. ... show more

    • Massage heads placement leaves room to not hit spine.
Shiatsu massagers strong enough to do some good should not hit bone. That’s very painful, and can cause damage. This one leaves a center space that spares the spine. 👍!
