So far I’m happy. The mat is comfortable and not only lays out easy but compacts for storage easy. Many different settings with and without heat. Pillow can be removed.

My husband is six foot one inch and weighs approximately two hundred and fifty pounds in this Massage Mat works great for him. It doesn't reach all the way down to his feet. But it goes from his shoulders to his calf. My husband loves this he uses it all the time.

I bought this product in 2021. The first one I got had a glitch and part of it did not work. I contacted the company. They had me send a video proving that there was an issue and since there was they replaced it. Good deal. Since that time I have used it maybe 10 times. I went to use it recently and nothing worked. We checked the voltage, the plug, and the adapter. All were fine but the massager did not turn on at all. This company touts a 2 year warranty. Good deal. I was only 10 months into it so I expected after I proved to them it did not work they would replace it. They indicate it is a 2 year FREE warranty. When I contacted them and proved to them that it was not working the Snailax company indicated that they would replace it but I would have to pay shipping of the defective product back to them (which I could kind of understand). But I would also have to pay to have the replacement shipped to me. Unacceptable. Their product died. It was not misused. It would cost me at least 1/3 of the price of the product to ship the faulty one back and the new one to me. So I will not be doing that. And I will say that their customer service is poor in that respect. Do not say you have a 2 year FREE warranty (their words in their manual) when in fact it is nothing but free. Not to mention the fact that 2 of their items were defective. Pretty sad. ... show more

The design was nice. The different settings were nice. The length was nice. The material was nice. The motors vibrate rather than knead/massage which I liked because I was looking for one that just vibrates/pulses. The heating didn’t get hot enough for me and it only heated in one area across my middle back rather than my whole back and shoulder so that was a disappointment. The main reason I returned it and am giving it its rating is because the motors were incredibly uncomfortable. Especially when laying on the mat. They poked into my hip and shoulder bones. Only used it twice and decided “this ain’t it”. I feel this product would be better if there was more padding over the motors or different kinds of motors rather than hard plastic little balls. This one is exactly what I needed. It works very well. I have had these before. I used the previous one for almost one year. It was done for. I had a feeling I would need another one after using them every night almost. I got the insurance on the last one I believe. I hope so anyway. I got the extra insurance on this one as well. I bought this for my father who is 44 years old, he is a GNA and works incredibly long hours six days a week most times. He is always on his feet and it is taking a toll on his body. So I bought this in the hopes that it would ease him. He absolutely loves this! He informed me that he uses it every night. What he does is layer it on his bed and he turns it on the lighter settings (he doesn't want it to run out or wear out too fast). He told me that it is super comfortable. As for pain relief, he says he doesn't notice a difference. But he is in relatively good health and I don't believe he has physical pain. I tried the vibrations myself and they are quite comfortable. They are not too intense but I suppose the massage strength is marketed on the lighter side. It is relatively easy to use as well. You get a remote and all you do is plug this bad boy in and have yourself a comfy night. Thanks! ... show more
