If you take it to hide your belly, so that your clothes look better, then this is not an option. The stripes are narrow, and there are lumps at the joints. The material is dense and is clearly visible under clothes. But if the goal is back support, then it works very well. Excellent material, fastens well, does not unbutton.

I didnât like this. I have ~35â waist and this was really long for me. Even though i could wrap it as tightly as I needed to, it ended up being really bulky, making it uncomfortable to sit or bend over. The bulkiness also made me appear larger under clothes, which defeated the purpose of cinching in my waist.

Update: I have tried using this continuously but it makes me angrier each time. This thing is an absolute nightmare to put on correctly. I still canât get it on with lumps and bumps and folding. If you are packing a lot of extra luggage, this will likely not work well. I would never recommend this waist trainer. It stays in a crinkled and wrinkled look after taking it off. You need to rub the whole band until it flattens out again. I wanted this to work so bad. I even attempted to get a second one. The only time it stays in place is if I use one on lower abdomen area and one on the upper part. It doesnât smell bad even after many many uses so far though. This waist trainer is not something that takes off inches from your waist or anything. Even wearing the single bad as expected, it thickens my abdomen area. I would never this in public ever. There are a few reasons that this has three stars right now. First, I donât know if it will even do anything. Second, this thing is not easy to put on correctly. It has to be wrapped very specifically or fat will budge (if you have the fats like myself). Third, it really needs to be longer. If you are thinner, then this wouldnât be an issue. The band itself is rather thick material. There is a good amount of weight when holding the wrap all together. I have some hopes for this waist trainer but itâs gonna take me time to get used to putting it on correctly. I suggest actually using a full body mirror if you have one, unlike myself. I have had to wrap and rewrap some more since first putting it on yesterday. It can be tedious.

This was not what I expected or pictured in my mind, but it was exactly what I needed it's long enough to cover from lower waist to upper midsection and the support grip is amazing. The Velcro grip is strong and for the first time I really feel the snatch in my waist. I get a feeling I will no longer be part of the Big Back club if I continue to wear this. Be back in a few months to let you all know my results, but so far, I am very pleased with my purchase
