This was so snatching for my muffin top and it really gave me the hourglass my body had this whole time. It’s so comfortable even when moving around by being active and simply just laying down, and sitting. It’s adjustable by its length and however tight you want it. I would say as a beginner in wearing waist trainers, is that this product can snatch you up so well but it’s at your own risk to make it very tight. As someone who owns 10 different type of corsets and waste trainers and belly bands before pregnancy. I gotta say this is now one of my FAVORITES! As a first time mom, 4month postpartum, c-section, no exercise due to too much discomfort with the c-section. I gotta say that this belly band does amazing results and very comfy! I love how stretchy it is, I love how I can wrap it and adjust it, especially for those who have small torsos. I am 5’2, weight around 150-155. You can make it as tight as you want. I have only tried it just now to see how it fits and how it feels. So far so good. I am looking forward to try this out during work outs such as Pilates and see durability and how much back support it gives as well.     • will work for smaller sizes just not comfortable for anyone 45 in and above.
This is not for big girls with a waist size of 45 inches (max 47 in). While it says it will fit. It didn't. I tried several times to make it work, but it kept rolling down in the back. When I bent over, it cut into my ribs. I was not comfortable at all. I could't tell about the support because I was too uncomfortable to wear it for very long. I felt like I was a mummy. Update: I have tried using this continuously but it makes me angrier each time. This thing is an absolute nightmare to put on correctly. I still can’t get it on with lumps and bumps and folding. If you are packing a lot of extra luggage, this will likely not work well. I would never recommend this waist trainer. It stays in a crinkled and wrinkled look after taking it off. You need to rub the whole band until it flattens out again. I wanted this to work so bad. I even attempted to get a second one. The only time it stays in place is if I use one on lower abdomen area and one on the upper part. It doesn’t smell bad even after many many uses so far though. This waist trainer is not something that takes off inches from your waist or anything. Even wearing the single bad as expected, it thickens my abdomen area. I would never this in public ever. There are a few reasons that this has three stars right now. First, I don’t know if it will even do anything. Second, this thing is not easy to put on correctly. It has to be wrapped very specifically or fat will budge (if you have the fats like myself). Third, it really needs to be longer. If you are thinner, then this wouldn’t be an issue. The band itself is rather thick material. There is a good amount of weight when holding the wrap all together. I have some hopes for this waist trainer but it’s gonna take me time to get used to putting it on correctly. I suggest actually using a full body mirror if you have one, unlike myself.
