I bought this in 2021, it's June 2025 and it just died on me. It was a great purchase, definitely worth the money spent. The steamer workers quite well, you just have to pump it to start. It kept my floors cleaned for 4 years.

It was very simple to assemble and setup for use. That was about it. I expected alot of steam to help clean some dirty floors. I downloaded the instructions and used it as described. This is what you get. Press for steam. Pause, pause, pause...... dribble steam, pause.....more steam. No consistency with pressing it for steam. It kinda comes and goes when it wants. I only did a 1/4 of my downstairs before I gave up. You get what you pay for with this inexpensive mop. Save your money and buy something else. ... show more
