Mopping was my least favorite chore. I absolutely hated it. However, with over 3000 sf of tile and LVT flooring, it’s a necessity. I have purchased and tried many mops; Swiffers, a steam mop, a spin mop, a regular sponge mop, a Bissell vacuum & mop combo, and a Bona spray mop. They each have their strengths, but I could never find a mop that cleaned, didn’t streak and didn’t leave too much water on the floor. Until this. This little gem is a keeper. Just fill the tank with water, attach the mop pads and go. It’s very lightweight, easy to maneuver and the floor dries quickly. I was actually delighted with the results. Now I think that vacuuming has moved up to the number one spot on my most hated chore list, because mopping with this isn’t bad at all. ... show more

This item will not hold the pads on, the velcro is not strong enough, we have bought new pads, still won't stay on. I would like to return the mop for either a return on my money or to warranty this item.
