I set out to find a steamer that is safe for hard wood floors so I’m not using an old gross mop over and over dragging the same dirt around the house. I found this and was intrigued by the spinning brushes so of course I had to get it and try it out. Man, what a game changer! The brushes literally do all the work. It’s to easy to add water and change out the little mop heads and best of all? The floors are cleaner and honestly way shinier than over ever seen. Arrived in a timely manner packaged well so there's no damaged parts. This is a 'renewed' product so don't expect perfect items in package. Mine came without the filling flask. No biggie....Never used one anyway. It also didn't come with an instruction manual. No problem, I downloaded one from the Shark site. It did come with two cleaning pads. I had already purchased more. I have a lot of tile and it takes at least 3 sets of pads to get all clean. It heated up and produced steam quickly. With the dual pads, the cleaning area is much larger than most other steam mops. It's great. The cord is extra long which I also am pleased about. Not having to hop from one outlet to another saves time. It is pretty much 'self driven' so it's not hard to maneuver. My old one wasn't and on a big clean it was a pain to have to 'push' around the floors. No so with this spin mop! It moves easily. The pads have a little overhang over the sides so it gets close to the wall. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!........but beware........without a manual you may not realize that it won't run unless the head is tilted to you. So if you get it and plug it in and try a setting without tilting the head, it only 'click's in standby mode. You have to tilt the head with the pads in place and then press the mode you want. ... show more

I really wanted to like this mop. The idea of a reusable, sanitizing system was appealing. The rotating heads seemed like a blessing for my slightly grooved floor - but unfortunately, within a few uses, I had problems with the product. The washable pads, which are adhered by Velcro stopped sticking after the first couple of washes and would spin off whenever I tried to use it, making it unusable. Disappointing? Definitely, but the not the end of the world. I was going to just return it and try something else. I contacted the Amazon seller and requested a refund, which they immediately agreed to and I took the product to UPS. Cue, frustration! I was expected to pay $40+ for the return packaging. That couldn't be the solution I thought, so I reached back out to the seller whose reply was to use the original box. "You mean the one I already threw away?" I reached back out with this very question and received no response. Not the experience I've been used to with Amazon, so I was definitely taken aback and very disappointed. I would not recommend this seller to anyone unless you plan on holding onto your boxes just in case you end up with a defective product. ... show more

The steam mop is the best I have ever used. It has two rotating disc with the pads that scrub the floor. it is fairly easy to add water. The access is like a funnel that you just pour water into. It gets extremely hot almost too hot to touch when you remove the pads to change your mop pads it cleans awesome it’s easy to maneuver just by twisting the handle on different directions and it’s definitely an improvement over the other steam mops. It seems to have plenty of power to handle whatever you’re using it on ours is just a luxury vinyl hard floor. You do have to change out the pads often once they get dirty otherwise it does cause a film on the floor, but that’s just maintenance to be aware of another nice thing is it will stand up by itself.
