This is a great mop for the price. Easy to use. It has two setting. Dry and steam, has a good size reservoir. I bought extra mop heads as well. After you use them they can be washed in the washer.

I am a diehard shark brand fan. I like the dual headed steam mop because when one side gets dirty, you can flip the mop pad over and steam with the other side. It is always good to get extra steam pads so that your floor stay pristine and you can change the pads when you go from room to room. The shark brand is good quality and is always consistent performance. I bought this mop for my cleaning business. It worked for about 2 months. It stopped working and now just makes an odd clicking sound like it's trying to work. If I knew it was refurbished when I bought it I would have not gotten this one. Shark has some amazing products but this one was a huge disappointment. ... show more

This one replaced an old Shark that developed a leak. Was concerned that the new one would b cheaper made and not work as well but I was pleasantly surprised. This one works better than the old one, uses less water and floor dries faster.

    • Can’t imagine my life without it!
This is my second shark mop. The last one lasted about 4 years with almost daily use. So when it quit on me, I didn’t hesitate to buy another one. It works great and the pads that come with it are soft enough to not scratch floors but have enough texture to scrub dirt and leave floors clean and beautiful. I have an Airbnb that I clean almost daily as well as my house and I love it like no other. It is also small enough to store without taking up a lot of space and heats up quickly.
