This is a great mop for the price. Easy to use. It has two setting. Dry and steam, has a good size reservoir. I bought extra mop heads as well. After you use them they can be washed in the washer.

I had an older model before this and knew I needed a newer one. I love this. It not only mops but dusts as well. The steam feature makes me feel like my floors are really clean. Great long cord that clips to mop handle

I really like this steamer, but I wish it had a wand feature so that I could clean the cracks and crevices. I plan to buy the upgraded model when this one stops working. It works perfectly for large surfaces. You can clean anywhere from 500 to 1000 square feet with just one pad. I would recommend purchasing extra pads when you buy this item. ... show more

This is a refurbished steam mop. I expected it to work well and maybe not look the best. But I got the opposite. It looks good ,but works horrible. Something is rattling on the inside. This one replaced an old Shark that developed a leak. Was concerned that the new one would b cheaper made and not work as well but I was pleasantly surprised. This one works better than the old one, uses less water and floor dries faster.

I am a diehard shark brand fan. I like the dual headed steam mop because when one side gets dirty, you can flip the mop pad over and steam with the other side. It is always good to get extra steam pads so that your floor stay pristine and you can change the pads when you go from room to room. The shark brand is good quality and is always consistent performance.
