    • AMAZING vac (coming from a Dyson fan)
Love this vacuum and the refurbished product works wonderfully. Every thing looks and functions as if brand new. I have been a lifelong Dyson user (even the hair products) but I wanted to try something less expensive for my plant room. I’ve ended up using this throughout my house. I LOVE IT! I have hardwoods, area rugs, carpet, an Australian shepherd, and make a mess when I repot my plants. Let’s be honest, I make a mess in general with my plants. I’m known for knocking them over walking past them. It’s easy to put together and easy to change attachments. Empties easily. Great suction. USEFUL attachments. Including a pet hair attachment that is like a pet hair roller but for the vacuum. The refurbished one costs 1/3 or less than a brand new one and works GREAT! Price is fantastic and I would buy this again. I bought an extra battery so I can clean both levels of my house without having to wait for recharge. ... show more

    • Finally a Vacuum that WORKS!
I absolutely love the Shark IZ562H Pro Cordless Vacuum! The Clean Sense IQ feature is a genuine game-changer; it 'sees' dirt I miss and automatically boosts power. It’s incredibly lightweight and easy to maneuver, making quick work of my hardwood and carpeted floors without the hassle of a cord. The anti-hair-wrap system is a lifesaver for pet hair, and the odor neutralizer is a brilliant touch that leaves my home smelling fresh. A fantastic, high-tech cleaning solution that I highly recommend ... show more

    • Overall good, with some drawbacks.
Pros, cordless and holds a charge well. It's easy to empty. It's light. Cons, the inlet tube is narrow/at an odd angle so it gets clogged easily and is hard to unclog.

    • Nice little vacuum
Review Image by Scout
Was going to subtract 1 star because it doesn’t fold up..and when storing it does not stand up by itself, you have to lean it on something. However it’s such a powerful little vacuum and perfect for small areas that I gave it 5 anyway. It even has a headlight which I love. Charge lasts about 30 min which is more than enough for a small apartment with both wood and carpet floors. If your place is large and ALL carpet this vacuum probably isn’t for you. ... show more

    • Condition of product and customer service when you have a problem
The sweeper we received was filthy, still had dirt in it from someone else and it wouldn’t charge! When I returned the sweeper I received this vendor tried to say I didn’t return what they sent!

    • All Around Satisfaction
This Shark stick vac met all my expectations. I love the variable power mode, deodorizer, lighted vac, powerful handheld option, and pet hair pick up, all contributing to a thorough cleaning experience. It stores with a relatively small footprint. The removable batteru can easily be charged separate from vac. Much better than full unit having to be connected and in sight. It is a bit loud on highest cleaning mode but considering results, not a big deal. Unit arrived timely and assembled quickly. Dust bin easy to detach, empty and reattach. I am totally satisfied! ... show more

    • No buyers remorse here! Love it!
Love this vac! I use it alot. I purchased a second battery in case the other one ran out of charge (I vacuum alot), and havent had to use it. It has great suction for a cordless. I love that its easy to use, maintain, and light weight.

    • Best stick vacuum I have owned!!
I love, love, love this vacuum!!! It is worth it. It picks up so much more than my stick Dyson. The design of the roller brush really gets all dirt on my kitchen floors. If you have shag carpet it doesn’t work the greatest on them but I only use it for the little messes the kids make for a quick clean. This would be the perfect vacuum for all types of hard flooring. I also really love the odor eliminator. With having two dogs I feel like my other vacuums would start to smell no matter how often I cleaned them. That doesn’t happen here it smells nice and fresh. ... show more
