This is so far the only verified non-vine review, I paid for the machine & here's my honest impression. The design is modern & sleek, size doesn't need much counter space. For a beginning espresso connoisseur this machine will do a great job as it performs well & brews a tasty cup consistently, perfect for average daily use. It doesn't splash all over your countertop but it's worth mentioning that you can't use a regular coffee mug should you ever want to make some regular coffee or even cappuccino. The maximum height of your cup has to be below 3.3inch otherwise you won't be able to slide it under the dispenser, so espresso or short, wide cups only. This was initially a dealbreaker as most common machines nowadays are "flexible" but what changed my mind was the 1yr warranty that backs the product, extendable to 2yrs if you register it. The machine is rather lightweight & of course made of lighter materials than high end models but keep in mind that those easily run upward of $600. The taste is outstanding, very simple to operate, all parts washable. There's a red overflow indicator inside the drip tray that pops up with the water level to avoid overflow. The drip tray metal cover scratches easily but I don't think anyone cares, didnt expect much from this machine given my parents' is top tier but cost a leg, not an investment I was ready to make. Can't speak much on longevity but the warranty put my mind at ease, will follow up if anything changes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First, this machine works very well. All the components are very sturdy. It makes great espresso. Here’s the one thing you need to know about this machine though: it only has one heating element for the espresso water and the steamer, and to use it, they need to be at two different temperatures. After you make your espresso and then steam your milk, you’ll get the error code as you see in the video until the heater element cools down enough to make the next cup of espresso.     • Super disappointed with this machine!!!
I was very disappointed with this espresso machine. It barely has enough power to extract the coffee from the coffee grinds. The double shot selection is barely the size of a normal single shot. the single shot is not even 1/2 of a regular shot. Don't get me started on the steam function. There was barely any steam. It took forever to heat up the 1\2 cup of milk to make it just hotter than luke warm. I just received this today, and I will be returning it tomorrow. I have a cheap Mr. Coffee espresso machine that works way better than this. Although it is a little harder to work. The box says high quality. That's BS. Very disappointed. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Don't waste your time and money!! ... show more

Love all the functions it has. Easy to assemble and fast making latte machine. It has a water tank in the rear of machine with temperature display. Only flaws is that it only makes small cups I was looking for medium size cups. They may offer this machine in other size cups, i dont know. Other than that it's a great machine. ... show more

I ended up gifting this to my father as a joint Father’s Day/Birthday gift because he LOVES espresso/coffee, etc. and he absolutely loved this machine! He couldn’t get over how easy it was to use and how good the espresso tasted. Even my mother, whom has never been a big coffee drinker and didn’t even know what the “foamy stuff” on the top as she called it was, loved the espresso this machine made. Overall, I’d say this machine is a fantastic investment. It’s really not that expensive, especially for the quality it produces. The only complaint they had was the fact that you have to have pretty small cups in order to brew your drink. Oh, and my dad did spray hot water all over the kitchen because he wasn’t paying attention to the directions. ... show more

There is a learning curve. BUT….. this machine has saved us so much money. I used to go to Starbucks every day. Learning how to use this machine took a few days of trial and error but now I can make a latte every bit as good as Starbucks and for a fraction of the cost. Frankly? I’m a novice at this — as I’m more of a tea drinker. However, I’m willing to learn, relate to the more than a few coffee drinkers I love in my life and have ways to hook ‘em up when they come over and make them feel welcome. So I ventured to try and review this unit and give it a home alongside my pour over machine, French press, Burr grinder and Moka pot. Set up was a breeze, the unit has a much smaller footprint than I could visualize knowing the measurements and use was very straightforward between the instinctive buttons and the instruction guide. Honestly, I think my spooning/tamping needs work, but the grind I’m using and machine extraction as a result are AWESOME considering what -I’m- giving it to work with. I look forward to learning more via experience and getting better at this!! ... show more
