Except that the instructions weren't correct on the box for our NEW K-Slim model--evidently the product was already out before the K-Slim was and it required one extra step to make it work--it worked well after I spoke with the Keurig help team!

Can't really review this product since I never received it although Amazon delivery says I did. Called Amazon customer service and got nowhere. Told me to wait see if it appears. Was notified this was delivered, no delivery photo and no product. Always had great service from Amazon until now. Dismal customer service. Solution to descale did not work well! Ran it through several times and did not clear the descale light. Rather pricey, also. Instructions for use were not easy to follow…rather vague on how to use.
