I’m usually a single-cup coffee drinker, but sometimes it makes more sense to brew a larger pot. So I gave this drip coffee maker a spin and it worked out nicely. It’s got a lot of features I like: – The removable water tank has a handle for easy carrying, and measuring lines for precise filling. I did not experience any leaks transporting it to and from the faucet. – The carafe is glass and also has measuring lines, though you don’t really need them since you’d fill the tank directly instead of using the carafe to pour water into a reservoir like some coffee makers. Still, the lines will confirm you get the volume you told it to brew. – There’s no spray arm you have to remember to move into position above the grounds like some coffee makers. Just close the lid and it’s ready to go. – The slim profile takes up more counter space left-to-right, but less space front-to-back. To me, the way it hugs the back of the counter makes it feel less bulky and look smaller. The height is about 15", so unless you have rather high upper cabinets (or none) you’ll have to pull it forward to lift the lid and fill the grounds. Even with the water tank full, it’s easy enough to slide forward, even with its grippy feet. – It comes with a small measuring spoon, which is a nice convenience. Never hurts to have an extra. Any downsides? Not really, aside from the brand I’ve never heard of and (related to that) the somewhat-high price. Currently close to $99, it’s competing with some well-established brand names. I think if you’re looking in that range but want something more modern and sleek, this could be it.

My daughter was wanting to replace her coffee maker as it was acting out so I grab this one. It has several nice features - cup, pot, timer and a reservoir for the water. It came well packaged without any issues. Once we had cleaned it up, we made a pot of coffee and actually tried the different strength setting finding they worked well. She likes the cup feature on the days she wants just a cup which is very nice. It does have a cleaning feature but we have a water purification system that keeps us from having to do clean outs so hopefully she will not need to use it later on. The coffee maker does come with a gold filter basket (reusable), coffee scoop and the pot holds 10 cups with a bit of room at the top. You can program it as well and wake up with coffee ready to go. While it is not a name brand coffee maker, for the price it works very well and a great price for all the features.
