It doesn't heat the1 liter of water (tank capacity). It takes at least an hour to heat 1/2 liter if water and produce steam. Once you have steam production you get about 5 minutes of use before you run out of steam and need to wait almost an hour for more steam. This is a low amperage (10 amps) compared to other steamers but it should produce steam quicker. The other features or good unfortunately it is a very poor steam producer ... show more

I bought this product with the excitement it was going to work great, but the dissatisfaction and disappointment came after I spent hours trying to clean the used Furniture but no results.

    • Hose burst in handle and steam came pouring out.
Something let loose inside the handle by the red button on the handle and steam came pouring out where you hold it had it 3 months disappointed. Return window is short too.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing! With the steam, all stubborn dirt can be loosened and wiped away easily in minutes. The strap makes it easy to carry and maneuver while cleaning. Seems tough enough without the use of chemical cleaning products. Just needs water! I could also use it on my sofa and bed with different nozzle and brush accessories.
