This was easy to put together. The electronics work perfectly with the remote. The mattress is soft and remains comfortable in any position. My only issue is that I am short and this is a bit difficult for me to get onto the bed.

These beds are heavy duty. It takes 2 if your doing stairs for sure. Well worth the effort. Unfold screw in the legs to the height you like and plug it in. Doesn't get easier. Remote is awesome as are the options. Raise and lower of course but this has massage a flashlight and under bed lighting so you can see the two usb ports. It just doesn't get any better. The 12" mattress is the bump. Not too firm or too soft. This is not the cheapest set on the market but guaranteed you will NOT REGRET this purchase of this Twin XL fully adjustable bed with 12" mattress. Packed perfect so no lost parts or damage. Base: Easy to assemble, but I had trouble opening the folded frame for some reason. I had to flip the frame to open and access the contents fully. After that, only had to screw on the legs, flip over, and plugin. The base is heavy, so if you don't have a second person, you might need a heavy object to brace against. Mattress: firm, but not so firm that none would have trouble getting up from the sides. In other words, you are not going to sink and struggle to get up. As for gel cooling, you may need a cooling pad. Personally, I like cool spots on the mattress. Remote: Adequate. Having a snore setting button would be nice, but there are programmable buttons. There is a flashlight, night light settings, and message settings for head and foot, all below the top settings that are easy to find. It is a heavy frame. I managed to get it inside and install on my own, but two people would be safer. Easy set up. Functions exactly as described. Is great as my first experience with an adjustable bed. One negative: I do not like the blue glow at night. I prefer no lights. But I like the bed.
