This is a great product at a super price. I was worried about ordering a bed on line. We received it, set it up, and love it. The description is exactly what you get. If you’re on the fence, don’t worry, it’s perfect. We ordered the medium soft, it’s closer to medium. The motors are super quiet and the vibration mode is soothing. The frame has USB charging ports and under bed lighting. The set up is super easy. It’s a heavy frame, so get some help putting in place. We have the split king, so you want to line them up perfectly before adding mattress. That’s where two people come in handy. We had an issue with the shipper and Renamin stayed in constant contact with us to resolve the issue. Extremely satisfied with the product and their customer service.

So easy to set up! My husband was so happy about that. Very heavy and made well. So far I am very pleased. We have only had them less than a week. I love all the features. Only thing that could be improved would be the location of the USB panel box connections underneath. They very hard to get to once the bed is set up with the mattresses on. The seller was amazing in keeping me informed by email every step of the way during shipment! That alone deserved 5 Stars! I read a lengthy great review from someone before buying, which really made my mind up in purchasing this set. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Was unsure about making such a large purchase for this set. Once the order was placed, I had no worries! Received emails and messages regarding the beds and mattresses. Also received a phone call to let me know day(s) of delivery. The mattresses are shipped separately from the bed bases and arrived on different days. I had a few questions and once I sent my inquiry, an answer was received within minutes! As for the beds, they are so comfortable and function perfectly. After a few nights, I was waking up with little to no back pain which had been an ongoing issue with our previous bed and mattress.
