I bought 8 of these for our parts room at work. They all assembled and worked as they should, no issues. I tried with the picture to show the difference in color and light level with a florescent fixture. I'm not sure these produce as many lumens as they advertise, but they do perform well. I've only had them installed about a week, but I don't expect to have any issues. Some have had issues with heavy gauge wire breaking the connection point. our wiring was a smaller size, so I had no issues.. You may want to wire nut in a smaller gauge if you have heavy duty wiring at the light. ... show more
