I bought these well in advance to ensure everything would be perfect, but now I’m scrambling at the last minute to find a solution. I trusted the quality of your products, but this has left me in a bind with no time to replace them. Now, I’m left stressed and frustrated when this should have been an exciting preparation for my event. This was a huge letdown. What am I supposed to do now to fix this? Please address this issue immediately—I expected better from Amazon.

OMG. How do you pack all of this beauty in a box. This chandelier is gorgeous, classy, and takes your breath away. I purchased this in addition to the matching smaller flush mount chandelier for the halls and the larger rectangular chandelier for the kitchen. What a "class" act. I bought this chandelier and the electrician came to install and the nightmare begins he did all the work needs to be done before he hung this up I just told him to check if all the lights are working properly he said it should it’s every thing new but because I tell him test it so he plug it and it’s get short from the outlet we tried more then three outlets and all short circuits I call an other electrician he has said your chandelier has faults then they open the bottom where the manufacturer tie all the wires and surprisingly the fault is there I uploaded the pictures of that portion with wrong wires tie with wrong combination which is universal coding it can be as dangerous as cause death or burn the house . They said since we open this part we can fix the problem or you can return but these struggle took 3 days and how I pay the electrician for 3 days work and it’s still not done then call him again to do it so I thought can call Amazon tell them the malfunction of that product and get money back at least what I paid extra for that hard job to the electrician but I was so disappointed they keep telling me I have to return it to them for refund. The ppl who know electrical wires they will see in pictures what am talking about my electrician even told me you can sue the company because that’s dangerous mistake how they did this . ... show more

I probably watched their video and manual 9251 times. It’s crap. Just trust the process and you’ll figure it out. No lighting or handy experience, took me about 4 hours with no help to assemble this (not hang it up). Once done successfully, it is very beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous hanging from a ceiling. It came with plenty of extra crystals. I bought this chandelier for my dining room and it’s absolutely stunning. It’s also dimmable.
