The Setpower cooler/refrigerator is amazing and exactly what we needed! We had a smaller cooler prior to purchasing this one, a little hesitant to buy because of the price but we are glad we did! The size is fantastic for camping and for use as a back up/extra for our 5th Wheel Trailer. We have used this for about 6 months over the past year and it is still working well. The DC cable is the old version and is not the greatest, but SetPower customer service is working with us to replace it! Highly recommended to anyone needing a portable refrigerator for home or on the go!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This fridge/freezer is better than I ever expected. I've used this as a beer cooler mostly on my live-aboard sailboat, as an overflow from my regular refrigerator, it keeps my beer at a perfect 34 degrees. It has a power adapter that plugs into either AC or DC cigarette charger. This is my second summer using it, and it is perfect. I am thinking about getting a second one as a dedicated freezer. It is highly recommended.

This fridge has been amazing in our camper van over the last two years. Holds a charge and temp wonderfully. We would have given 5 stars but unfortunately after the two years the module became faulty. However the company has been more than easy to work band communicate with and is replacing ours so we can get it back up and running! Absolutely recommend! :)

The fridge easily chilled down to 35 degrees in 45 minutes with a half-full load of room-temperature items. However, the freezer could not chill below 10 degrees after five hours in a 70-degree home. I did not install the two handles to maintain a more compact size. I improvised the handles using straps, as shown in the photos. This makes it easier to carry and retains its compact size. The manufacturer could've likely reduced costs and size by eliminating the handles and using straps. Overall, this is an excellent fridge if you do not need a freezer at zero degrees.

We use this in our off road vehicle regularly. I was hoping to get a years worth out of it and it is still going strong after 2 years! It uses a little more energy then the more expensive Dometic or ARB units but for the price it’s excellent! I blow out the compressors every month or so to clear the dust.
