First I will say this chair really delivers on performance. It comes fully assembled and it's easy to figure out how to use with the exception of how to convert the chair to manual mode. The directions were merely impossible to follow as they were written in broken English that was illegible. Some words were covered up by pictures and did not make it any easier to use. The other issue I had was that it came with a cracked battery charger and trying to get a replacement was a nightmare. ( I ended up with a whole new chair and was expected to return the one they wanted to replace. There was no way to get just the charger! I was on the phone for hours and got rerouted several times and was misled into exchanging the entire chair. In the end I kept the chair and bought a replacement charger for $25. I do regret buying medical equipment this way as I'm sure there is no possible help with any future problems or repairs. It's a great product but it is not advisable to purchase on line. It also weighs quite a bit.

Simple to operate. Sturdy enough. A life saver for my Parkinson’s disease. It fits every doorway in my house. The seat lifts up to fold the chair. It’s heavy but easily fits in my trunk

Wheel chair allowed my wife to gain some independence back, truly heartwarming to see her smile at being able to go around the grocery store after being practically housebound. The chair came with some damage, mainly the spacers for the leg support which seems like others have experienced. The seller was able to send me replacement parts in a timely fashion,which I am very grateful for. The chair is a little heavier than I expected, I believe about 75lb with the batteries, it came pretty much made up. It folds up compact, I'm able to fit it in a subaru outback in the upright position so there is plenty of trunk space left. The controller came set up for right hand control which is what my wife needs, but it looks like it can be changed to left hand with removing a bracket and installing on the other arm. It runs nice on level ground and hills/ramps. Grass is a challenge if there are drivets but it gets there eventually same with gravel, especially if loose and not tight packed. All in all of buy it again and I was happy with the sellers response.

the wheelchair has been a great help for my wife... she was loosing the ability to walk, and was getting quite upset at not being able to do the things that she enjoyed doing... the chair allows her to move about the house and yard on her own, and once there do the things that she enjoys doing, and then move on to the next task or return to the house and relax; only snag is the controller.... it will continue to drive the chair in the last direction the joy was pushed in after the joy stick has returned to the neutral position. I believe that will be corrected soon. Dan Warthen

So...I bought this chair. Less than a year later, the frame broke. I filed a claim with this company and was denied. The claim was filed way before the warranty expired. I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

My 85 year old mom has trouble standing for long periods of time. This chair is perfect for her except, the ease of putting on the brake so she can get out without the chair rolling backwards. So far battery life is good, it’s easy to steer and glide around. She loves it. We’ve only had the chair a few days. I worry about the brake thus 4 stars out of 5.
