At the lowest level these feel ok, but as you raise them they become very wobbly and because of the small seat size you just feel like to are going to topple over. They are not comfortable, again, because of the small seat size. There is supposed to be a way to “lock” the height with a nut, but you can still turn the chair the opposite direction, so what’s the point? The back support is hard to keep tightened and has to be adjusted constantly. Easy enough to assemble. The metal is sturdy and the weight feels nice. The wood was quality. Overall, I wanted to love these and kept trying but decided return them. Unfortunately was just outside the return window so now they are mine. Honestly, I don’t recommend.

The stools look great. Everything else is terrible, we bought 4 and every single one has the same problems. The stools do not "swivel". Instead they thread up and down and every turn moves the seat up or down. They claim the stool can be locked down with the threaded lever and lock washer. I am 6'-4" 260 pounds and even I do not have the strength possible to "lock" this stool down so it doesn't spin. Even at my tightest I can achieve the stool still spins if you twist the direction that unthreads the post. It is very wobbly and I am going to need to make a bushing to slide inside between the sleeve tube and the threaded post. When you lean back and forth you can see the threaded post wobbling around inside the sleeve tube, it doesn't matter at what height it is set, its as wobbly at the very top as it is at the bottom. Also the thread that is used on the post is some odd ball thread so I can't even buy nuts to lock this thing in place from the bottom side. A standard 1" coarse thread is 1-8 (1" rod with 8 threads per inch) this thread is around a 1-4 (only 4 threads per inch) which must be a custom threading job for these stools because I searched online left and right and that thread doesn't exist. The threads are also covered in a thick black grease which if you do not remove will cover anything it touches (clothes, kids hands etc...) They are also very uncomfortable (which we expected from other reviews but we weren't going to be sitting in them for long so visual appeal was more important than comfort) I do not recommend these stools to anyone unless they are being used for staging purposes or something visual only, they are wobbly, uncomfortable and unfunctional.

These arrived today in a very large and somewhat damaged box. Although heavy, I was able to carry it up a long flight of stairs by myself. Though the outer box was damaged, the product was well packed inside and in perfect condition. The instructions suggest that it may take 2 people to assemble these, but I have no idea what the second person would do. I was able to assemble each stool in about 5 minutes on my own using only the enclosed tool. Pieces fit well and tightly together, resulting in sturdy stools. They look nice and are exactly what I had in mind for my bar-height island between living room and kitchen. They are not flimsy, but are small enough not to take up too much space. They are also very adjustable in terms of height, and swivel nicely.

Copper table and chair set looks classy. It's a very nice design. I like that the table and chairs are both adjustable with footrests. The copper and wood finish is very eye-catching. Have received many compliments on how nice the table is.

Disappointed! One stool has deep holes in seat. This is a pair but each stool varies greatly in stain color. Stool seats are hard and uncomfortable. The stools have a different part than pictured for the piece that keeps the stool at desired height so assembly is different than instructions. I would RETURN but it would be too much trouble to take apart and ship back. Beware.
