I just got this set a couple days ago and set it up on my back patio. For reference, my back patio is uncovered, and most of the furniture I have had out there in the last 4 years has weathered so much I had to get rid of it. I found this Serwall set, and was very happy at the material heft and supposed durability when I unpacked it. It seems like it will last a long time. I am in South Florida, so we will see how it holds up in the summer. My patio is on the east side of my house, so I will only get the morning sun (until around 12-1pm most days). I do feel the chair slats flex a little bit when I sit in them as others have stated, but I don't mind, and I don't think they will ever break. Also the only thing I am slightly worried about is the warping of the table over time in the sun as another reviewer had mentioned and posted pictures showing the warping. I will update my review after a few months of use. As I understand this material HDPE should be one of the most weather resistant materials. Also, shoutout to customer service for being prompt with responses to my inquiries and just being kind and helping me out. That goes a long way with customers. Bottom line, this set was a great deal for the money, and seems to be of great quality and durable material, great colors, and straight forward installation. (Need to use a drill with hex bit, as there is zero chance you build this in one day with the provided tools as others have stated.) Took me 1.5 hours for unboxing/building everything. ... show more

I’m changing my review from a one to a four because I am completely impressed with the service I received from this company. They reached out to me personally and they had me send pictures and make sure it was the correct part. I received the part before my 30 day Refund time limit and got it all put together and I absolutely love the set ! OLD REVIew: I’m truly hoping the manufacturer gets back to me right away and then I will adjust this review. The quality is really good and I got one chair put together and the one table assembled. The directions were pretty straightforward, but it definitely takes way longer than what the directions say, 15 minutes. It took me and my nine-year-old grandson three hours to do one chair in one table. The third chair has incorrect parts so there’s no way to assemble it. Of the four vertical legs, instead of sending right and left, they sent two of the same so they will not lineup properly. Hopefully, I’ll be able to revise this review but as of right now, I cannot even give it a one because I can’t assemble it due to poor quality control and no response from them yet. ... show more

I was skeptical when I order this patio set because the price seemed too good to be true. I have been shopping for a "plastic" bar-height set for a while, and the price for this entire set was less than buying a single chair at local patio-furniture stores. But I took a chance and am very glad that I did! Assembly wasn't bad, but I'm accustomed to putting furniture together and have lots of power tools. When assembling flat-pack furniture (including this set), I recommend only half-tightening the screws until everything is assembled. This provides some "play" which helps ensure screws line up with the screw-holes. Then, after assembly, go back and tighten the screws. The assembled set looks great and is very sturdy. I'm 6'5" tall and weigh 250 pounds, and the chairs fit me well. The chairs and the table appear very durable, and I believe that they will last for many years. All in all, I highly recommend this patio set. ... show more

The packages for both the two chairs and the table were well organized with all of the necessary hardware. They go together much faster using an impact driver or screw gun. The quality of materials and product seems very good.
