These bar stools are exactly what we were looking for. They look great and fit perfectly in our kitchen. We also find them to be very comfortable and very sturdy, and assembly was simple and quick. On top of that, the supplier's customer service was outstanding. I bought 4 stools and when I opened the final box I noticed a small piece on one leg was broken (the dowel/peg that connects 2 halves). I contacted the seller and they responded within a few hours. Best of all, the were able to simply send me a set of replacement legs - which only took a few days via FedEx - instead of making me go through all the hassles of returning the entire package and waiting for a new one, which is what most suppliers do in these situations in my experience. I couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service, and can highly recommend both.

Easy to put together and very sturdy for price. Only dropping a star because they are very stiff to swivel (I'm going to see if good old WD40 will help) and they are a bit firmer than I would have liked. Other stools I was trying had more of a concave seat, this is different, you sit more on top of the cushion that doesn't have a lot of give, like maybe it has too much stuffing. But you get used to it and it's comfortable and supportive. I'm buying two more to complete my breakfast bar.

The fabric is very nice, looks just like in the photos. The seat is a little firm but still very comfortable. The back is sturdy but of course does not sit very high. The swivel has resistance and is not fluid but it works well enough, less risk of falling because the chair will not spin on you. Assembly was quick and easy, trickiest part was attaching the chair to the swivel mechanism.

These barstools are both beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. They were very easy to assemble and could be done in about 20 minutes. We ordered 3 and really love them. There was a small issue with one of the stools and customer service couldn't have been nicer and more supportive with resolving our issues. Would highly recommend for look, quality, and excellent customer service if you have any issues.

These chairs are not perfect, but for the price and the customer service they deserve 5 stars in my book. The pros: they're inexpensive, the cushions are thick and feel expensive, the fabric is nice, color was accurate, they came with felt padded feet and extra felt pads, they are well proportioned. The cons: some of the wooden legs arrived with blemishes, the black paint finish was uneven in some spots, the swivel mechanism is not smooth on all of them, one of the chairs arrived completely unusable (the screw holes in numerous parts did not line up even remotely so there was no way to put the chair together). HOWEVER--and this is the reason they earned 5 stars--I reached out to the seller and they responded within 24 hours, shipped me new parts, and I was able to assemble the chairs no problem. All in all, I would definitely buy these chairs again and recommend them to anyone.

Loved the quality of these stools. Material is a little hard to keep clean with kiddos. The ball bearings broke within a few weeks of having these set up but the company sent us a new swivel plate free of charge and quickly! I only mention it because if you have babies crawling around and that happens it’s a choking hazard. We have not had any issues since replacing the swivel plate and appreciate the companies timeliness helping get it replaced! Stools are sturdy and comfortable.
