So the mattress is super comfortable. Fairly soft tho, if that's your thing. Seems to be good quality althoigh we've only used it about 4 months. However the shipping is a bit of a mess, as they don't use typical courier services. So we weren't ever really sure where the mattress actually was in the shipping process or if we were even going to get it. Sometimes I would try calling but could only talk to someone who could hardly speak English. We did get it tho, eventually, so that's great.

Very disappointing purchase. The plush pillow top might as well be labeled “firm 15” pad”. There’s no softness to this bed - it’s far more firm than any mattress I’ve used. Value and quality for this product does not line up. You’re better off getting something a few hundred dollars less that’ll be more comfortable. There’s nothing resembling cooling properties. Movement isolation is nonexistent. If you’re looking for something firm, I’d recommend the “plush pillow top.” It’s anything but.
