I have tried six different brands of Tongkat Ali over the past few years, and this one has produced the best results of them all. I have learned a few things in my testing: - It seems like the more bitter and strong tasting the TA is, the more likely it will be effective. I have tried a few that were not as bitter, and didn't taste as terrible; but I also noticed almost no results at all. So yes, the taste is awful, but the bitter taste lets you know that it is likely a quality product. - The cycling of 5 days on and 2 days off doesn't seem to make sense for me. I have tried this cycling for three months, and I have also tried 10 days on and 5 days off for three months. Then I tried just taking it every day for three months. Taking it every day produced the best results, with no side effects that I could tell. When taking it every day, there also didn't seem to be any tolerance increase over three months that would produce less effects with the same dose. It seemed just as effective after three months. Interestingly, the 10 days on and 5 days off felt like it produced better results than the 5 and 2 cycle, in terms of consistent libido and strength improvement. So for me, every day is best, and if I were going to cycle I would choose 10 and 5 over 5 and 2. - Sleep seems to be a big factor for me. If I have several days with 5 or less hours of sleep, I notice almost no benefit from this supplement. With 7 or more hours of sleep there is a huge difference. I have also noticed somewhat of a synergistic effect with other supplements, but this review is not about those so if you are interested ask me about those too. All in all this is the best TA I've found so far. The best results, and not very expensive. On day one-I took the small dose with the included spoon-and i admit that i had to wince at the powder’s taste because it is no less bitter than one of Satan’s dried turds ground to powder. However-later that day I noticed more energy and oddly enough-a deepening of my voice. On day two -i mixed the powder with OJ and found that made it taste like vinegar and cow piss-but i made myself finish the drink. I found i had much more clarity of thought later in the day-and my beard and moustache began growing in full and thick. On day three-i mixed the powder with castor oil and vinegar in attempt to drown the flavor-yet again-this accomplished little. Later in the day a black bear entered my yard and i ran to the door, jerked it open, flung off my jeans and let out a deep gutteral roar while exposing my full erection in a primal display of my male dominance! Simply put-this stuff works! The clarity of thought-the more restfull sleep-more energy and stamina-all are there as advertised (just gotta get by that hellacious taste-maybe drinking it with toilet water would help?!) The only downside is——when i started taking this 3 days ago-I was female...

⬛️ THERE is great news and there is bad news. The Great news is, this stuff is great but, but I use it with the other suggested purchases, the Horny Goat Weed(New Formula) and the MACA Root Powder. ⬛️ First, I don't think i have ever written a review about any product and nor am I affiliated with this company in any means what so ever. Now, with that being said, I will offer a few disclaimers; ⬛️ 1. My Total Supplement intake also now, after doing said items first now also include Taking probiotics to keep my core gut intestines healthy and happy that I got from The Vitamin Store and their brand, and a one a day mix in a drink of AMAZING GRASS Green Superfood Antioxidant Sweet Berry Flavor I finally treated myself to at COSTCO. ⬛️ 2. I do a very easy 45 minutes every other day of a low impact work out at 24 hour fitness, and my routine has stayed more steady these past 2 weeks because I really do want my internal workings to coincide with my external health. I just do the 3o minute cardio strength circuit with about a 7 minute of walking warm up with about a 7 minute treadmill cool down, then i hit that Jet Massage Chair Then the Massage massage chairs. Oh yeahhhh. Any ways ⬛️ 3. DIM, I started taking a one a day DIM hormonal supplement, I believe Whole Foods, I was there and thinking about it, so I got it, figured as a man, I'm fighting an uphill battle of estrogen overload just leaving my house, drinking out of plastics what ever else is in the food and so forth. which brings me to the reason why I ordered these 3 supplements together. ⬛️ I'm an extremely young looking and young feeling just recently turned 46 year old male. Ya hear me. And please geez, i really did not need a boost in labido, god bless the devine goddess that shares with me now and future, geez, for real, really really. ⬛️ Now, THE BAD. MACA taste like what ever, no big deal, LONG JACK taste like fine dirt, and the HORNY GOAT WEED, taste like peppered, peppered dirt, disgusting, and I have taken plenty of supplements before. ⬛️ Don't Mix with any citrus, that's like concentrated pepper dirt. BEST MIX is SAMBAZON ORGANIC ACAI berry juice, Dont make a big cup, make half a small concentrated cup, use a cafe or egg beater to mix, and take it to the back without your tongue getting too much, straight to the throat, trust me, ACAI= less gag, small amount of ACAI juice = less drink taste to tolerate. And the ACAI is a delicious smooth creamy masking juice that actually good for you and and berry that is said to help level blood sugar. BUT i had to write this, after just a week, less actually in the no capsule power form is the best, and I cant wait to continue enjoying the work out benefits. Definitely notice more consistent energy when mixing this herb into my supplement regiment. Taste is awful but that's par for the course and I would still recommend to other middle aged men.
