I purchased this loveseat about 18 months ago. I was rather wary at first to buy furniture online. But being disabled and without adequate transportation it was one of few choices I had. But I have to say, it was a great choice! This piece is solid as a rock for one thing. It is more beautiful in real time and has held up wonderfully! I have had more compliments on it than I can easily enumerate and I even have one friend that bought the same exact sofa for her TV room shortly after my purchase. By far the best piece of furniture I have ever purchased. And should I ever have need for any other similar piece I will definitely check out the Serta RTA line first. You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal or a better loveseat in this price range or even higher. Update: March 17, 2019... Still going strong. Cushions have held up beautifully with no sagging or smushing in the years since my purchase. Still get compliments and she's still a comfortable as the day I assembled her! This sofa is all the things it claims to be except my seat cushions did not (re)inflate. It has been a week and they look like they are old and flat. Luckily, Amazon is working with me on the return. I no longer have the box, Amazon says no problem. It weighs over 100 pounds, Amazon says no problem. They are sending a company to my home with a box to pick it up! I have never been so impressed with the packaging of a product! The sofa arrived in a compact box that was about 4ft x 4ft x 4ft which was perfect because I live in a condo on the 4th floor with narrow stairways. I had to set up this sofa by myself so I needed something that I would be able to carry on my own. I'm not the most swole person, so carrying furniture upstairs can be quite a task. The setup for this sofa was unbelievably easy. It took me about 15 minutes to do by myself. The instructions are very easy to follow. (My picture below shows a few extra pillows that are not included in the package. See the official pictures for the pillows that are included.) This is a remarkably good little (medium) sized sofa! We needed some furniture in an upstairs "4 season observation porch room" accessible only by a spiral stairway. This fit the bill. Arrived exactly as advertised in a well packaged single box. After removing all the contents from the box and hauling them up a small spiral stairway, assembly took only about a half hour. The finished product is surprisingly comfortable and pretty attractive. Multiple people have commented on how nice it is and literally nobody suspects it came in a "box". Sure it's not one one of the huge multi thousand dollar down filled luxury sofas from the galleria, but for the price you just can't beat this. Will buy another one for a basement room. The fabric seems to be of good quality, good to the touch and the pillows are a nice addition. Great for spare rooms, apartments, dorms, and starter homes. I'm 6'1" and can sleep on it, though it's not a king size bed it does work. Cushions are medium firm, but having internal springs covered by foam makes them quite comfortable. ... show more

I purchased this couch 5 years ago and I just took it apart today to move (again). This is not a top of the line luxurious couch which would cost a lot more. It's a couch you can take apart and transport in your car - I moved mine in a Honda accord a few years ago. It's 73" from outside edge to outside edge of the arms. So, if you're about 6' tall, you will not be able to fit between the arms of this couch. It's more like a loveseat than a couch, but if your budget is limited, and you need to be able to transport it without using a truck, this is the couch for you. It is not cheaply made as it seems some others have opined. It's actually a high-tech design, that looks modern, and allows you to take it apart so you can move easily. It's actually very clever as some of the parts fit inside some of the other parts to make transportation very easy. In order to accommodate the "taking apart" feature, the dimensions are limited and it would be better if the seat dimension was deeper. I have found that when sitting on it straight up, it feels as if you're being pushed towards the front of the couch. Sitting diagonally and slouching, that feeling goes away a bit. The cushions have not degraded at all over the 5 years I've had it, and I've slept on it many times while watching TV. It's very durable and still looks great. It was the right thing for me at the time I got it, and I could not be more pleased with this budget couch option. ... show more

I had an empty space in my small apt and needed a sofa that wasn’t too expensive and yet did the job. Im pleasantly surprised. It was easy to assemble. Looks sturdy. The padding/foaming is not that amazing but for the price I have no complaints. I can later but high quality foam . People who are complaining about quality should buy $10,000 sofa and I can assure you that will be very high quality. Don’t expect a designer top of the class sofa for $370 ... show more

Awesome loveseat, it’s super sturdy and well-made. We’ve had it for two months and love it! Very cushy, you can tell it’s from a mattress company. The arms are wide & sturdy enough to set a drink or plate on them, and they’re low enough that I can easily lay down and take a nap (I’m 5’4”) I’ve put together A LOT of furniture and this design is top notch, we will have this piece for decades. It’s a real wood frame with 2x4’s and real bolts. The cushions were wrinkly when we first got them, they look a lot better now that the filling has settled into all the corners. The packaging was super compact and clever - took me a minute to figure out how to attach the back so read the directions carefully. Took me about an hour to put it together by myself.
