This is my 2nd one of these mattresses. I have a fused spine and this mattress is very comfortable for sleeping, chilling or whatever activity you choose. I unfortunately broke my left leg in Oct 2023 and then once it healed, I broke my right leg in Mar 2024. This has forced me to be bed bound the entire time using this mattress. I havenโ€™t had any issues with my back or my legs the entire time. I have stayed as relaxed and comfortable as possible with this mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress due to cost, quality and overall comfort. If they continue to put out mattresses like this, I will continue to purchase Serta mattresses. ... show more

The first one I ordered never formed properly. Amazon replaced it without an issue, but the replacement never formed either and was actually worse. I tried using the option to contact Serta directly for advice and never received any contact from Serta. I am highly disappointed because it is actually a comfortable mattress. Its supposed to be 10 inches, but is actually 9 inches. One quarter of the bed hasn't fully flattened yet after a week and is still trying to be rolled up.
